All items at instaflair.com.au have freight/shipping included.

We ship to most parts of Australia. International shipping is still to come.

Delivery to these postcodes is unavailable for various reasons: 0800-0999, 2641, 4450-4488, 4680, 4700-4999, 5701, 7151, 6215-6799, 9920.

Our site has items that are stored and then shipped from our merchant partners in different locations in Australia. In the unlikely event that you purchase a product that becomes unavailable for whatever reason, you will be notified within 48 hours and offered a full refund or the option to wait until the item is restocked which is in 2 – 3 weeks.

How the buying process works with us.

After an order is placed, we notify our merchant partner within 2 business days.

Several things can then happen:

  1. The items are in stock and available for delivery, in which case our merchant partners aim to despatch your package within 2 business days., or
  2. The items are not in stock and we will offer either a full refund and should you accept, we will refund within 1 business day. or place your order on the wait list. We will notify you when the item is restocked. The delivery will then be as normal.
  3. The item is in stock, but you are not in an area that we deliver to currently. We will check with couriers, request a quote (cost and delivery time) and if additional funds are required, we will let you know. Then, you choose, either to pay the additional amount or we will refund you in full.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up any of the items from our merchant partners.

Our merchant partners utilise both Australia Post and Couriers, depending on package size and weight as well as delivery area.

We only use person-to-person delivery services (i.e. where the recipient must sign for the delivery) to ensure orders can be tracked all the way through to delivery. For certain orders (i.e. as determined by our fraud prevention policies), we may also request for the courier to verify the identity of the recipient. Please ensure a valid street address.

Please note: We are unable to deliver packages to Post Office Boxes.

Both Australia Post and Couriers deliver usually within 2-3 business days but please allow up to 10 business days to some parts of Australia.

Our merchants will use their best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for dispatch and delivery, however many factors can affect these timeframes and hence cannot guarantee that they will always be met. However, once the goods leave our merchant partners warehouse we have very little control over the actual delivery process but we do our best to make sure our good arrive to you in a timely and safe manner.
